Report misconduct

To report suspected misconduct, fraud, abuse, or other violations of the TECSES Code of Conduct, you can submit a written report below. All reports are reviewed and securely stored by the TECSES Complaints Handling Committee. Reports are processed as soon as possible, and no later than two weeks after submission. You may also report anonymously. In that case, only the description field is required.

TECSES follows Finland’s Ministry for Foreign Affairs’ anti-corruption policies and applies a zero-tolerance approach to corruption. Clear procedures are in place to prevent corruption, and all allegations are addressed without delay.

TECSES is committed to transparency and accountability. All procurement processes are conducted openly and at the appropriate administrative level.

TECSES has zero tolerance for financial misconduct or negligence. This applies to all TECSES staff and all stakeholders involved in financial transactions.

TECSES also has zero tolerance for sexual exploitation and abuse. Any such behaviour, whether verbal, physical, or non-verbal, will result in immediate disciplinary action. This includes unwanted touching, hugging, teasing, sexual gestures, or offering favours with sexual intent.
