TECSES is now in Madhesh and Sudurpaschim Provinces! 

Meet our new Province Coordinators!

TECSES is growing, and we are excited to share that the project is now operational in Madhesh and Sudurpaschim Provinces. This is an important step as we continue working to strengthen teacher education and promote inclusive and quality learning for all.

As the project expands, strong coordination and local leadership are key. We are proud to introduce two of our Province Coordinators who are leading TECSES work in their provinces and supporting implementation at the local level.

In Madhesh, Mandira Neupane is leading coordination and implementation of TECSES from our office in Janakpur. From her position, she wants to focus on coaching and mentoring teachers to improve classroom practices and learning outcomes.

“I am inspired by the opportunity to support a bilateral project that connects policy to practice,” says Mandira.

Mandira also highlights the strong involvement of families and communities in Madhesh. Community engagement plays an important role in supporting schools and strengthening inclusion.

In Sudurpaschim, Ram Das Chaudhary is coordinating closely with provincial and local governments, education institutions, and partners from TECSES office in Dhangadhi. Just like Mandira, his work focuses on strengthening teacher capacity and supporting inclusive education across the province.

“I am motivated by seeing teachers grow in confidence and schools become more welcoming for all learners, especially children from marginalized communities and children with disabilities,” says Ram.
