Funded by the European Union and Finland, TECSES operates at the federal level to enhance teacher training and support Nepal\u2019s education system.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two key figures in this effort are <strong>Dr. Marko van den Berg<\/strong> from the University of Helsinki and <strong>Krishna Bhujel<\/strong> from Nepal\u2019s Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology. Their knowledge and experience help ensure the project\u2019s impact.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Marko van den Berg has over 20 years of experience in teacher education at the University of Helsinki. As a researcher, university lecturer, and teacher educator, his previous work includes His previous work includes teacher training, curriculum development, and participation in international education projects in countries such as Somalia, Mozambique, Pakistan, and Ukraine.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\"Quality teacher education is the foundation of a strong education system, and well-trained teachers are essential for quality education.
