Drawing on international evidence and examples from countries such as Singapore, Finland, Japan, and Canada, it explores the factors that contribute to strong learning outcomes, including teacher quality, professional autonomy, leadership, assessment systems, school culture, and long-term education policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The publication also examines how successful education systems attract and develop high-quality teachers, promote collaboration and continuous professional learning, and balance accountability with trust. Particular attention is given to the role of educational values, school leadership, and evidence-based reform processes.
