The study identified key challenges in teacher education, including a gap between theory and classroom practice, limited learner-centred pedagogy, insufficient inclusive teaching skills, weak ICT integration, and exam-focused assessment practices. Based on field research and stakeholder consultations, the study recommends a practice-oriented curriculum that strengthens pedagogical skills, inclusive education, digital competence, formative assessment, and teacher motivation.
